Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026. Applies to the Tengsuan console, API and all compute services operated by Tengsuan ("we", "us").

1. The service

Tengsuan provides on-demand GPU compute: interactive hosts, one-shot jobs, an API and related tooling. Hosts are ephemeral, isolated containers scheduled onto shared accelerator infrastructure. Data on a host is deleted when it terminates.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.

3. Credits and payment

Services are paid with prepaid credits denominated in USD and purchased with cryptocurrency. Usage is metered per second at the rates published on the pricing page at the time of use and deducted from your balance. When your balance reaches zero, running resources are stopped. Rates may change with 14 days' notice on the pricing page; changes never apply retroactively. Taxes may be added where required.

4. Acceptable use

Use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, and may stop workloads that threaten platform stability or security.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an on-demand basis; capacity for a given GPU type is not guaranteed. Service credits for downtime are described in the SLA.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to code, data and models you run on the platform. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service. We do not access host contents except as required to operate, secure or support the service, or as required by law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the credits you purchased in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data on ephemeral hosts.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach with notice where practicable. Unused purchased credits are handled according to the Refund & Credit Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the console at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
