Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026. Applies to the Tengsuan console, API and all compute services operated by Tengsuan ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, workspace name, password hash, API keys.
• Billing data: ledger entries, deposit addresses, transaction hashes and withdrawal addresses you provide. We never hold your private keys.
• Operational data: resource metadata (GPU type, timings, cost), audit events, IP address and user agent for security.
• Workload data: we do not inspect or retain the contents of your hosts. Host filesystems are destroyed on termination.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, meter usage and bill you, send transactional email (verification, password reset, balance alerts), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the service: infrastructure providers that schedule compute, our payment processor, and our email delivery provider, each bound by their own data processing terms.

Retention

Account and ledger data are retained for as long as your account exists and for up to 7 years afterwards where required for financial records. Audit logs are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data by contacting support@tengsuan.cloud. Where applicable law grants access, correction, portability or erasure rights, we honour them within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions and tokens are stored hashed, transport is TLS-only, and SSH endpoints are unique per host and closed at termination.
